I don't know what else to try.You may notice a volume called macOS Base System or Mac OS X Base System when accessing Disk Utility in Recovery mode, especially when you fail to install the Mac operating system. Most of them where able to either erase or re-install the system, but I'm at a dead end, as I don't have any of these options available. I've researched on the internet and a lot of people made this mistake.
